Nexthouse Pera Hotel

Very good location, close to the metro, good connections to main touristic areas. Close to shops, restaurants. Very helpful staff. Room (5th floor, deluxe) was spacious and clean, with a lot of natural light. Very comfortable bed! They offered water, tea and coffee on the house, replenished daily. We also arranged airport transfer through the hotel and it was very smooth and comfortable. They do not serve breakfast, but there are a lot of breakfast options in very close proximity, including a good coffee shop downstairs (managed by the same owner as the hotel).

It was my second time at this hotel, means I deliberately opted for it this (second) time. Perfect location near everything. A very popular Circassian restaurant nearby, that serves quality breakfast, as well as excellent meals in general. The hotel personnel is very professional and helpful. Special thanks to Hosni (Hussein), the Hotel Manager for whom nothing was a trouble. Same applies to the receptionists who were ready to solve everything with a great help. The room is clean and stylish. AC is working well, and a very good sound-proof environment with the window closed.

Perfect location of the hotel! Next to the hotel there is a fantastically delicious restaurant with breakfasts. Comfortable bed, pillows and the room is comfortable.

The staff were really friendly, polite, and very helpful. The hotel is very cozy, clean and right in the centre of İstiklal street. This was my second stay this year and I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Second time we’ve stayed here. A boutique hotel that pays attention to the little things (e.g., linens, soaps, decorations, excellent WiFi). When we arrived porter took bags to room and brought us traditional Turkish coffee. The location is amazing, small alley off Istiklal st. There’s a popular family-owned restaurant and cute cafe w the best pastries and menemen (Turkish eggs) next door. We could literally spend a week there!
